And I think it’s very cool that that they came on the show knowing perfectly well that this wasn’t going to be a softball interview. And we are, I have to say, I’m very excited to talk to them. They’re going to talk to us about Final Draft 9 and our interactions with Final Draft 9.Ĭraig: And we’ve had some. And Joe Jarvis, who is the product manager. We have Marc Madnick, who is the CEO and co-founder of Final Draft. Today on the podcast we have two special guests. I’m going to get to meet her anyway because she’s going to be a neighbor of mine soon.Ĭraig: We like to call it the privileged place where people like Jennifer Lee choose to live. And Jennifer Lee was terrific to come on the show. John: It’s really pretty clear that Aline wants to take your place, but she was fantastic as a guest host.Ĭraig: She did a great job. I was on my way to the podcast and my car was hit from behind.Ĭraig: When I come to I’m in Aline Brosh McKenna’s basement,, Misery style. John: Now, Craig, do you have memory of what happened to you last week? What actually happened?Ĭraig: Uh…it was bad. Here we are, face-to-face, a couple of silver spoons. John: And this is Scriptnotes, a podcast about screenwriting and things that are interesting to screenwriters.Ĭraig: Yes. The original post for this episode can be found here.
